We will then send you over an enquiry form and when you are ready to book your date we require a £200.00 non – refundable fee to confirm your date, once this is received a (TEN’s) Temporary Events Notice will be applied for.   CLICK ON 'How do we book?' to enquire with Wills Bars and Services.

Why do I need a Temporary Event Notice?

One-off events at a venue that does not hold a full licence such as a barn, village hall or outdoor space do require Temporary Event Notices. 

It’s essential to obtain a TEN for all ‘licensable activity’ that is not on your venue’s licence.

We take care of this so there is no need to worry. 

Do you have to pay extra for Tea and Coffee or can it be made available from the Bar?

We can provide Tea and Coffee from our Bar at £2 per mug. Alternatively, we can do a Tea and Coffee station for your guests which can be pre-paid. (A vintage style is available only with a Pre Paid Tea and Coffee Station)

Do you charge any corkage fees?

We do not charge corkage fees, However all alcohol will need to be cleared at the time the bar opens. All alcohol consumed during bar hours will need to be provided by us, unless we have agreed prior to the event date. 

Can your bar take card payments?

Yes, we can take card payments this is signal dependent. 

How long does it take you to set up?

We will require approximately a 2 hour set up window. This will be complete before your guests arrive. 

What do you mean by dry bar hire?

This is an option that enables you to provide all the alcohol for your day and we provide all the equipment to serve it. This will give your guests an open/free bar for the whole day.
